I'm Siobhan Cowell, Director of Principal Property and a licensed real estate agent with 12 years of experience selling homes across Brisbane’s northside. I’ve built my business on straightforward advice, clear communication, and a strong understanding of the local market.

Before real estate, I worked as a Registered Nurse and later as a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager in London. That background taught me how to deal with people in high-pressure situations, stay organised, and communicate clearly—all skills that still serve me well in real estate.

Over the years, I’ve bought, sold, renovated, built, and subdivided property myself, so I understand the process from both sides. I don’t give textbook advice—I draw from hands-on experience and a solid track record in sales.

I work with a small, experienced team and we focus on doing the job properly. I don't overpromise. I give clients a realistic picture of the market, what their property is worth, and what’s possible in the current conditions. I’m not interested in hype—just in delivering a good result with as little stress as possible.
