About Siobhan Cowell

I’m Siobhan Cowell, Director of Principal Property and a Property Advisor with 12 years of experience across property sales and property management on Brisbane’s northside.

My approach is straightforward: clear advice, honest conversations and a practical understanding of the local property market. With experience across both sales and property management, I can give you a clear view of your options, not just a sales pitch.

Before real estate, I worked as a Registered Nurse and later as a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager in London. That background taught me how to communicate clearly, manage complex situations and work with people when important decisions need to be made.

I’ve also bought, sold, renovated, built and subdivided property myself. That hands-on experience gives me a broader perspective when advising clients about selling, leasing, renovating, holding or preparing a property for market.

I work with a small, experienced team at Principal Property. We focus on giving clients realistic advice about their property, the market and the options available to them.

Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. I value long-term relationships and want clients to feel comfortable calling me for property advice, even when they’re not ready to sell.
