Principal Property is an independent real estate agency based in Sandgate, working across Brisbane’s northside.
Led by Director and Property Advisor Siobhan Cowell, our team brings extensive experience across both property sales and property management. This gives our clients a broader perspective when making property decisions — not just advice focused on making a sale.
We deliberately keep our business small. Rather than focusing on volume, we focus on our clients, their property and what they are actually trying to achieve.
