If you have any issues with depositing rent or making rental payments before or during your tenancy at the property please contact us immediately so we can discuss the options we have and so we can work together for the best end result for both you as the tenant, us as the managing agent and also the owner of the property.

*Please keep in mind if you fall eight days behind in your rent without first contacting us you will be issued a notice to remedy breach which will be a bad mark against your rental history which we do not want for you. This could lead to a notice to leave if not rectified**

BREAKING A LEASE

To Break a Lease, You Must:

1. Provide us with a written copy of the RTA's Notice of Intention to Leave (Form 13). Download Here. 

2. Pay a break lease fee, which is one week's rent + gst.
(Once this break lease fee is paid, we will start advertising the property and  looking for a new tenant.)

3. You must keep paying the rent at the property until a new tenant is found and a new lease is in place at the property.
(Once we have a new approved tenant, we will notify you and give you the remaining balance to pay out to the date the new lease starts.)

4. The normal vacating cleans must be actioned.
(We will send you a vacating pack outlining this.)
